
In its initial phase, The Palmeraie will
encompass 160,000 square feet of highend,
mixed-use space located on 18 acres
at the southwest corner of Scottsdale Road
and Indian Bend. In addition to luxury and
specialty boutiques, The Palmeraie will also

led by celebrated local and international

Diverse exterior materials from wood and stone to metal and stucco create a unique
exterior aesthetic, while each floorplan includes nods to elements of traditional
Paradise Valley homes including ranch-style layouts and large entryways

Five Star is consulting with Hanna Struever,
principal of Retail Portfolio Solutions, to
guide and create the luxury merchant mix,
multi-dimensional experiences and sense of
place within The Palmeraie. Struever was
responsible for the evolution of Highland
Park Village in Dallas where the merchant
lineup includes Hermes, Chanel, Dior, Celine,
Fendi, Christian Louboutin, Jimmy Choo,
Saint Laurent, Ralph Lauren, Tom Ford,
Brunello Cucinelli, Cartier, Valentino,
Etro, Alice & Olivia and many more.
Dolce Vita Development, of Scottsdale,
is leading the leasing efforts.
