WALT DANLEY OPENS NEW OFFICE IN NORTH SCOTTSDALE
Walt Danley Christie’s International Real Estate expands with a new office and
hand-picked associates in the heart of North Scottsdale
Driving through the beautiful neighborhoods
of Clearwater Hills to Mountain Shadows
in Paradise Valley, you can’t help but notice
the prominence of Walt Danley Christie’s
International Real Estate yard and open house
signage displayed in front of some of the
Valley’s most spectacular luxury estates – on
virtually every corner. Paradise Valley luxury
real estate has grown to become synonymous
with the Walt Danley brand. Now, the North
Scottsdale luxury real estate market is quickly
taking shape to reflect that same brand
prominence for Walt Danley.
Walt Danley Christie’s International Real Estate
represents a number of North Scottsdale’s
top-tier listings including a dual Arizona and
Montana ranch package on the market for
$50 million. The Arizona ranch, MorDo,
comprises nearly 100 acres in North Scottsdale
and is a grand Estancia home styled in the
Argentinian tradition. Luxury listings the firm
represents in ultra-exclusive communities like
Silverleaf, DC Ranch, Desert Highlands and
Troon are growing in number too, and the area
is booming with high-end commercial and
residential development.
So, timing was right to add to its Paradise
Valley office with a second office located in the
heart of North Scottsdale at Pinnacle Peak &
Pima Roads. The firm soft opened the office
in November, and build-out has since been
completed in the sophisticated space with a
classic and modern interior design.
“For the past few years, I have been exploring
expansion plans and am pleased to announce
the opening of our second location,” said
Walt Danley, president and founder of Walt
Danley Christie’s International Real Estate.
“As part of our continued growth and presence
in the Valley’s most affluent neighborhoods,
opening an office in this prime area is a natural
progression for our team.”
The real estate community is taking note.
This past fall, The Mike Domer Group,
which specializes in the North Scottsdale
luxury market, joined Walt Danley Christie’s
International Real Estate. Domer surpassed $80
