Meeting the needs of children and
their families in West Contra Costa County
since 1974.

Our Mission:
Foster healthy development in infants and young children
who are at risk, abused, neglected, emotionally disturbed, or
affected by family substance abuse, by providing comprehensive
mental health treatment and early education services to them
and to their families.
The Early Childhood Mental Health Program (ECMHP) has
been making a difference in the lives of young children and
their families for almost 45 years! Our donors come from all
walks of life. One thing they have in common is the care and
compassion they show in investing in a community program to
help young children and their families. ECMHP takes on this
challenge every day, working with children, parents, preschools,
social service providers–everyone who is involved in a young
child’s life to ensure that each one receives the services he/she
needs to allow them to succeed in school, and in life. That’s
how young children achieve their fullest potential–right from the
start.
What you can do:
We can’t do what we do without community support! Your
contribution could make the difference of a lifetime for a
struggling family and a child in need. Consider contributing
today to help change our world, one family at a time.

Our Mission:
FIX OUR FERALS’ MISSION is to humanely end overpopulation
of cats and dogs in the East Bay Area by making spay/neuter
accessible and affordable for cats and dogs cared for by
members of the public and rescue organizations.
We promote and actively support Trap-Neuter-Return of
community cats.
We support retaining animals in their homes and keeping them
out of shelters by helping their guardians with other than spay/
neuter surgeries.
What you can do:
YOUR SUPPORT will help us continue to provide lowand
no-cost spay/neuter and other crucial or lifesaving
surgeries to community cats and the pet cats and dogs of
our neighbors who can’t afford the full cost of surgery. When
good people are faced with such a cost, they sometimes elect
to shelter-surrender or euthanize their beloved pet, which
is heartbreaking for any family or pet guardian. Likewise,
if community cat colonies are allowed to grow, these freeroaming
cats can end up in shelters, where they are often
euthanized.
Your donation will help us continue our important work to
keep community cats in their ever-shrinking colonies, keep pet
cats and dogs at home with loving caretakers, and keep them
all out of an already crowded shelter system.
