APRIL 1-24: PINOLE FRONT GARDEN LANDSCAPE CONTEST
Submit your application for the Front Garden Landscape Contest in Pinole,
sponsored by the Pinole Garden Club. Prizes awarded on May 15 at the
Pinole City Council Meeting. First place $300; 2nd place $200; 3rd place,

CHILD IN FOSTER CARE
Become a CASA volunteer and speak up for a child in foster care.
Your commitment can make a difference for foster children who might
otherwise slip through the cracks of an overburdened foster care system
or languish in an inappropriate placement. CASA volunteers are appointed
by a juvenile court judge to help ensure that every child in foster care
is moved to a safe permanent home. You must be 21 years or older to
