INTIMATE REMAKE
Updating a compact kitchen space from its 1972 origins, the designer
of this slant-ceiling kitchen area makes extensive use of stained refinished
red oak above and below. It sets apart the harbor-gray cabinetry
and central island. The pleasing aesthetic that results, transitions
to California casual while paying homage to the fundamental integrity
