Entire parameters of the roof and exterior walls are structured using structural steel custom fabricated I beams to hold the solid steel roof on a hillside nature. Ranging from 20 feet to 60 foot I beams, in total two large 52’ semi loads of custom fabricated steel I beams. Entire house, both inside and outside, has top quality brush nickel finish three pane temper Western glass doors and windows throughout, many doors are sliding into pocket doors. 2012, with every detail being methodically thought out. In May of 2016, more than four years later, the certificate of occupancy was granted, after passing every inspection the first time without reservation. With around 10418 cubic yards of Cast in Place concrete poured for the exterior walls and foundation, the structure is incredibly solid. Focal exterior walls are draped in the finest black Cohiva natural Italian granite slabs for a sleek, modern look.
