While plans are asking for block work, it was changed to CIP (Cast in place) solid pourconcrete on every wall and foundation using 4000 psi mix for better cure and strength. The site is incredible. High above Fountain Hills it is home to Deer, Mountain Lions, Desert Tortoises and more. Visit the site and you'll see why they chose this place. Cohiva natural Italian granite slabs drape the focal exterior walls.
