Danley Portfolio - Fall 2015

$508 $461 $251 SellingLUXURYARIzONA 12-month moving average reached about $270 per square foot in August, 23 percent above the lows of 2011. Average under contract pricing reached a peak of $257 per square foot during March 2014 and has since made no consistent moves. As of September 1, the average fell to $245. This is mainly due to the recent increases in homes under contract that are priced below $1 million. It may be too early to tell, but while this probably won’t be a breakout fall, we are at least starting in a healthier state than last year. Slow and steady improvements are very likely to continue through 2015. When it comes to luxury real estate, widely varying price points and lower volumes make it more difficult to analyze how market trends will affect your property.
