MAY 4: PINOLE GARDEN CLUB PLANT SALE
9-1pm. The Pinole Garden Club will hold its annual plant sale.
Saturday, May 4 at the Farmer’s Market (corner of Pear Street and
Fernandez Avenue) in Old Town Pinole. Choose from succulents,
herbs, vegetables, perennials, annuals, a variety of tomatoes and
drought tolerant plants, all propagated or grown from seed by our

MAY 4: READ TO A DOG HALO ANGEL EARS
10:30am. Certified therapy dogs, READ trained, will listen to children
read. Sessions with these special dogs are about 15 minutes each.
The HALO dogs provide a nurturing acceptance and a warm empathy
that makes children feel safe, providing a nonjudgmental space for

11-1pm. Join Their Angels Military Support Group for their troops
packing. Help us prepare care packages to send to active duty military
