JUNE 21–AUG. 30 Sunnyvale Summer Series The 100 block of South Murphy Avenue in Sunnyvale heats up on Wednesday nights with music, including dance masters BUSTA-GROOVE! STEVEN YBARRA will get you in the country mood on July 6. The JOHNNY NERI BAND will get you moving with rock and roll soul on July 27. JUNE 25–AUG. 7 Stern Grove Festival The 80th Stern Grove Festival kicks off with the Big Picnic on June 25, featuring a free performance by pop-funk masters KOOL AND THE GANG. Local R&B and funk musician QUINN DEVEAUX opens the show.
