June 2, 5 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. Friday Nights at the de Young is a weekly afterhours show that takes place in the museum’s public spaces. The event has a new theme every week and offers a unique mix of live music, dance performances, film screenings, panel discussions, lectures, artist demos and hands-on art activities.
