June 12-28, times vary. “Chinglish” tells the story of Daniel, an American businessman who wants to expand his family’s sign-making business in China, where public signage is often hilariously mistranslated from Mandarin to English. The Underpants. June 18-July 12, times vary. A very public wardrobe malfunction becomes the talk of the town in legendary comedian Steve Martin’s take on this uproarious German farce. Iolanthe—or The Peer and the Peri. June 20-28, times vary. This comic opera, featuring music by Arthur Sullivan and libretto by W.S. Gilbert, was first produced in London in 1882.
