Nearly 30 skilled riders from around the world will race highperformance bikes very similar to those on the showroom floor during the series’ only U.S. appearance. Along with the Superbike World Championship comes the all-new MotoAmerica series, which offers even more thrilling action for fans, featuring Superbike/Superstock 1000, Supersport, Superstock 600 and KTM RC Cup. The popular summer fashion shows will take place at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on June 6 at a snazzy new venue: Misora, Santana Row’s luxury residential complex. Attendees can soak up the sun, admire the season’s best fashions for women and men and enjoy style surprises and special guests. The nine-day event, which takes place June 6-14, draws people of all ages with its thrilling carnival midway, hilarious contests—including pie eating, bubble gum blowing and sponge wringing—interactive exhibits, pig races and concert series. This year’s music lineup features psychedelic rock band Jefferson Starship, the soulful Tower of Power, drummer/ percussionist Sheila E and soul/R&B outfit Tony! Toni! Toné! Little ones will get a kick out of the petting zoo, a theater performance by The Cutest Show on Earth, acrobats, a kids’ train and more.
