In a few short months, America’s most glitzy and glamorous sporting event descends on the South Bay. Even if you don’t know a hut from a huddle, now’s the time to establish your game plan so you don’t get stuck on the bench. On Feb. 7, the National Football League’s Super Bowl 50 arrives at Santa Clara’s sparkling new 68,500-seat Levi’s Stadium. The most-watched sporting event in America, the Super Bowl routinely draws in hundreds of millions of television viewers every year. For sure, even if this season’s finale is taking place in our very own back yard, only a select few will actually attend the game in person. Fortunately, there are legions of local upcoming events, many of them free, which will help get you in the spirit.
