Walt Danley Realty Presents PORTFOLIO Welcome to the 21st issue of Portfolio Magazine. This issue is very special to me because it happens to coincide with my 40th year of being involved in the luxury home market here in the Valley of the Sun. I know it is a cliché, but time certainly does fly by when you’re having fun. Surrounding myself with the best and brightest people in the industry is one of the main reasons my job has never really felt like work. I am truly blessed and it’s time to celebrate! We’re featuring several spectacular properties in this issue. A featured article in this issue might be a learning experience for some - the exclusive world of investment handbags. Yes, you read that correctly. As usual you’ll find our quarterly report where we take a closer look at the status of the luxury home market and what it means for you. Get inspired by reading another feature on page 64, which highlights a handful of the country’s premier ski destinations. We’ll also delve into other attractions that make these markets year-round destinations. Whitefish, Jackson Hole, Park City, Lake Tahoe and Telluride – all these locales are must-sees.
