Danley Portfolio - Summer 2016

Down the hall is a unique surprise – a 1960s style laundry room. Redefining a household chore, the space was converted from a mundane utility room into a, dare I say, fun laundry room. The original cabinets were in perfect condition, so, as part of the update, the cabinets were refurbished and painted turquoise for an exciting pop of color. The tile, light fixtures, and floors were also selected to complement the theme of the era. Tying the room together with a beautiful bow, the laundry room is complete with a wrapping station, and even the original pullout ironing board. The redesign of the master bedroom was also thoughtful - and extensive. Windows were moved to the southeast corner of the space to pay homage to the gorgeous views of iconic Camelback mountain, capturing the peaceful sunrise each morning. French doors were also added to seamlessly transition into the amazing outdoor living space with a pool, spa, and water feature. Truly a paradise, a private patio was also added off the master suite affording the opportunity for intimate gatherings to private sunbathing. In the heart of Paradise Valley overlooking Echo Canyon, this sprawling ranch-style estate is located at 6542 North 40th Street, and includes the main home and separate guest house, along with the newly-constructed pool casita and outdoor kitchen. The remodel was a labor of love, and the result is a modern and glamorous, yet comfortable and inviting, entertainment destination.
