The seed of an idea developed into a masterpiece. With great vision, designers transformed a 1966 ranch-style home - in all of its original glory - into a modern marvel perfect for entertaining. As you walk through the front doors of the beautifully updated exterior, you are welcomed with sunshine pouring in through the massive great room windows which have been preserved as part of the home’s extensive remodel. The craftsman style window-wall is among a handful of the original features that remain following the modernization of this grand 7,294 square foot, seven bedroom, and six and a half-bathroom property. Creating a true destination for entertaining, the wet bar space in the great room was converted into a lux-glam bar with views of both downtown Phoenix and the backyard palm trees swaying in the breeze. The unique white onyx bar top subtly lights up, complementing the colorful mood lighting from above; all of which reflect beautifully in the mirrored stainless backsplash to lend the perfect ambiance to unwind.
