It seems like we’ve just gotten through the bitter cold, and already it’s heating up fast. Around this time of year, we tend to get a lot of long-time Valley residents coming to us for referrals to Realtors in other parts of the country - and who could blame them for wanting to escape triple-digit tempera-tures? Similarly, a large portion of our clientele consists of out-of-state buyers looking for winter homes or international investors that were referred to us from up north. As exclusive affiliates of Christie’s International Real Estate and Luxury Portfolio International, we have access to a vast network of luxury real estate agents and brokerages all over the world. However, our largest referral markets are some-what closer to home.
