Pinole Library. There are thousands of books that have been organized into over two dozen categories for easy browsing. Members at 9am and non-members at 10am. Age Group: Adults, Seniors. Join our ongoing creative writing group and make room your busy schedule for your writing! We’re an all-age, all experience levels group of writers with a variety of interests…some new, some published, all eager to share their work. We do timed writings and read around in a safe, lively, supportive setting. Fun, inspiring and a good way to get your writing time in! We meet on the first and third Saturday of the month, from 2-4pm, in the Pinole Library community room. A Stuff-a-Sack Sale will be hosted by the Friends of the Pinole Library from 10 am to 2 pm. Buy a doublestrength sack for $5 at the door and fill it to the brim with books! All pets and people are invited to an animal blessing with treats for the pets. You can have your pets blessed in the park or bring them for a blessing during Christ the Lord Church’s worship service at 9:30am. Please make sure pets are leashed or caged for their safety.
