This family festivity will begin with an old-fashioned parade with elaborate floats, horses, bands, clowns, dancers, community organizations, and custom-classic cars. Parade begins in Richmond on Barrett Ave. at 10am and follows the 23rd street route turning right onto Church Lane finishing at the St. Paul’s schoolyard located at 1825 Church Lane in San Pablo.
