PARTICIPATING IN THIS WORKSHOP Suzanne Iarla, Assistant to the City Manager of El Cerrito, will explain the new law and how it works. Ms. Iarla has conducted numerous informational meetings with local citizens and businesses on behalf of the city. Danny Ceballos, an organizational development consultant of Unleashed Consulting, will provide insights into best practices for employee motivation and engagement, no matter what hourly wage is paid. Glicel Sumagaysay, is an employment attorney. Her experience being on both the employee and employer side in litigation provides her with a unique edge in any representation. She can help employees and employers remedy and prevent employment law violations.
