July 6: Pinole Library Didgeridoo Down Under As part of our Contra Costa County Summer Reading Program 2pm. Read to the Rhythm we are hosting “Didgeridoo Down Under.” Founded in 2001, Didg Revolution is both a didgeridoo-percussion musical trio and a movement focused on expanding awareness of the didgeridoo and the rich Aboriginal culture behind it. The band has performed at schools, libraries, festivals and other venues throughout the U.S. Since 2003 they have combined to present more than 4,900 shows and workshops at 2,000-plus venues for over 400,000 viewers and participants. 935 Pinole Valley Rd. 510-758-2741.
